Lake Crabtree Open Water Swim Practice

Were any BTers out there this morning (6/25) for open water swim practice at Lake Crabtree?

How'd you do?

While this wasn't the first time I'd swam open water, it was certainly one of the first times. My report is here, as well as in my training log for today.

With the torrential downpour today, I decided it would be a good idea to go for an hour and twenty minute bikeride too.

Soaked!
