WTB: cheap road bike, XL size

I need a cheap road bike (around $200) for the purpose of putting on my trainer. I usually ride a size 61 or 62. I don't care about scratches, etc, just need something that works reasonably well that I can throw up on the trainer and take outside once in a while.
