Subject: Cherie's Berries Good customer serviceEarlier in the week my wife ordered Cheries's Berries for my mom for mothers day to be delivered on Saturday. (we Live 500 miles south of Mom) Went to see a movie yesterday, when we got home there was a message to call CB's Turns out they sent them to be delivered via UPS, and UPS let them (And a number of other orders) sitting in the no refrigerated warehouse for several days. Told my wife that the replacments would be arriving on Tuesday, they wer giving us a full refund and a $10 discount on our next order. The woman my wife spoke to must have apologized about 15 times. My wife told her that they did not need to give us a refund but she insisted. We have purchased things from before with out a hitch, I love thier idea of customer service.
