2010 Saxo Bank Team Bike, blue and white. Size xtra small (48cm), DureAce 7900 front/rear derailleurs and bar end shifters, Vision aero bars, 700cc Easton EA50 aero wheels, both straight and offset seatpost.

I'm not sure if one of these models is better, both are from 2009 aluminum/carbon combinations. I realize this is a difficult question but any thoughts as which bike is better for a woman?

After riding my bike sometimes I will develop a very sharp intense pain in the first joint of my pointer finger. It seems to happen randomly and it lasts for anywhere from several minutes to an hour.
