I bought this bike for my wife a little over a year ago and it has a total of about 30 minutes riding time on it. Other that that it has lived in our front room and only rolled out of the way. It is equiped with full Shimano 105 groupo, it has the aluminum frame and carbon fork. It comes as new with the mold line still on the tires. I am asking $600 local pick up or we can work some kind of deal on the shipping. I will do my best to get pics posted, but can email them quickly if you email [email protected]

We are motivated to sell to get it in somebodies hands that will ride it.

We are often asked the question, "What size frame should I buy" and the answer is “it depends”. I know that’s not the answer you want to hear, but hopefully the following will shed some more light.

All of my road rash has healed, but my right shoulder is still in a lot of pain. I have started swimming, but only really, really light workouts. Do you have any recommendations on stretches?

Is there a magic number of days off for your training plan? Is it a one size fits all or an an individual choice?
