Pre-race routine:

Woke up early and got out the door by 7am. The boy slept on the ride over.
Event warmup:

Quickly hit preregistration and then got on the road. Left three bottles of water and Matt's pump at the car. Very dumb.

The open fields were pretty brutal. Thankfully it wasn't cold, but the wind stood is up.
What would you do differently?:

First ride of the year. Other than forgetfulness, it was a good start.

Lunch on site then headed home.

Event comments:

TSR is a fundraiser for some pretty special folks. The course is dead flat. On a calm day, it would have been totally awesome.
