Comments: Started out a littled nervous and had trouble breathing. Legs felt great with light warm-up. Kicked it up a bit one hill too soon. What would you do differently?: Relax, relax. Post race
Warm down: 15 min walk, ice bath after the ride home. What limited your ability to perform faster: Time and training. My knee and legs felt good, my breathing is what held me back. I'm very happy at 32 min, was aiming at 34. And being it was my first was realyl aiming at finishing. Last updated: 2004-07-17 12:00 AM
