Comments: I was slow. What would you do differently?: Same as always. Train. Transition 1
Comments: I actually ran into transition rather than just walking so that is a win! What would you do differently?: Nothing. Bike
Comments: Boy, I guess not riding your bike really affects your speed. What would you do differently?: Ride my bike. Hit the hills harder Transition 2
Comments: Hey look at that a second faster than the first transition What would you do differently?: Nothing. Run
Comments: And then wheels came off. I always have problems running after the bike. What would you do differently?: Suck it up and run! Post race
Warm down: Walked around. Drank a shitload. Talked to my co-worker and then left What limited your ability to perform faster: My belly, my lack of training and just the overall anxiety about life. Event comments: Well it wasn't the race directors fault that there was lightning and rain so I cannot blame them for the late start. It would have been nice to have more than one water station on a hot day. But overall I imagine it is an easy race and course for real athletes. Just not me! Last updated: 2016-01-28 12:00 AM

Stand around waiting for the much delayed race to start. Bad stomach issues which meant I was hitting the porta-potty multiple times. Sorry too much information. I almost bailed because I felt so sick. I guess a red bull before the race is not a good idea.
