bike felt slow, was keeping a high cadence, tried dropping it down a little and hammering but didn't feel right at all, bike just felt off a bit in general, got passed 4 times on bike, definitely a little weaker than i would have liked.

run ended up going pretty well, didn't feel this fast honestly, took the first like out a little slower but good turnover and started speeding up, passed 2 or three guys on run, started getting a sidestitch but slowed down a bit and it went away. took 1/2 a gel around 1st mile mark
