Garmin import and timezone

Hi guys
I am new to this site. I have my garmin activities syncing into beginner triathlete. Just wondering if there is a timezone setting somewhere as my workouts are coming in but show wierd times of day etc

Not a big deal but if it is a setting somewhere I need to configure in beginnertriathlete please let me know
