Subject: IM 70.3 Muskoka Hello All,
This race falls in line with a vacation that we take every summer into Ontario, it's held on 07/08.
I have a couple of Olympics done and was riding 3x per week, running 3x per week and swimming 2x per week into the end of the year when I switched to almost solely running to prepare for a 50km Trail Race (Greenbrier Ultra ) which was held last weekend. That run was a lot of fun, very hilly and crazy conditions.
Fitness wise I am good, recovery this weeks seems fine and my legs are asking for what's next...Does anyone have a condensed, 12 week training plan for 70.3?
Anyone think this is too short a training period?
