Subject: Question regarding olympic 2×balanced 16 week program Hi, i was thinking to use this program for my first olympic triathlon with some small adjustments. I am consider a little bit about duration of the sessions in the program. So can i get your opinion if i could add little bit of volume on each session (i would keep ratio od short/long sessions same )? Also, can somebody tell if they have experience with this program, can you make good result on the olympic triathlon with it or it is just for complete beginner to finish it? Thank you. |
