Swim
Comments: Swim time includes the approx. 1/4 mile run to transition. What would you do differently?: Decent swim, had plenty of clear water after the first 100yds. Transition 1
Comments: Average transition. What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike
Comments: For some reason the bike felt extremely slow for me. Headwind picked up on the return to T2. What would you do differently?: Press a little harder on the bike. Need to look at changing my drivetrain... larger chainring possibly. Transition 2
Comments: Pretty decent T2. Lost some time shaking a spider out of my hat... What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: I'm not a good hot weather triathlete. This course kills me due to how exposed it is. What would you do differently?: Stay home... haha Post race
Warm down: Lots of water. Ate a sandwich and had a Coke to try and balance what I lost. What limited your ability to perform faster: The heat. Event comments: Tri-Harder Promotions does a fantastic job with races. Last updated: 2018-06-18 12:00 AM

1.5 hour drive to race site. Set up transition. Took a couple AltRed capsules 1 hr. before event, consumed 1 bottle of Base rocket fuel, consume 1 Huma gel.
Walk from transition to swim start, stretch.
