Comments: Felt great, but my right hip was messed up from sleeping the wrong way and my left knee started giving me issues. I ran through the pain. What would you do differently?: Continue doing what I am doing Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Myleft knee which was sore most of the run and my right hip which was also sore. Event comments: I enjoyed this race - it helped that it was 3 minutes from the house. It was well-staffed and shady and cool...a perfect run day! Last updated: 2018-07-09 12:00 AM

Usual - walk dogs, drink fruit smoothie and coffee; Took an ibuprofen just before and mid-way through the race. Carb-loaded with Chicken and pasta the night before.
