Subject: Hiatal Hernia
Hi! I have a hiatal hernia and my doctor has recommended I not eat or drink before/during workouts to avoid complications. Does anyone have any experience with this? I don't want to have to get up two hours ahead of my early morning workout just to eat. Gels? MCT oil? Any suggestions is greatly appreciated!
