Subject: entering bike routes into trainers I'm not familiar with using forums and not sure how I'll retrieve the advice I'm given.
I've run a few sprints and now I signed up for the Lake Placid Half Iron Man this September. I have the bike route on uploaded into bkool on my wahoo trainer. What I'd like to do now is break down the 56 mile route into five ten-plus mile routes so that I can work on the challenge incrementally.
Any suggestions?
