Raleigh militis frame build?

Can anyone give me first hand review on Raleigh frames/bikes? Contemplating picking up a carbon frame for a first build. Not trying to build top of the line but want to teach myself more about bikes and learn how to put one together and take apart. Here is the link to the frame I’m looking at:
