Micro Fractures on left knee

Got results back from recent MRI. Appears I have a fairly large grouping of microfractures which is perhaps where the knee pain is coming from. The grouping is on medial (inside of knee) landing zone, the bit that takes all the pressure when we do what we do...hahahah

Doctor said that at this point we will work to let it heal on it's own without change to lifestyle. If pain continues or gets significantly worse then we re- at a later date. He is following up with the sports orthopedist in his office today.
