Comments: Weather turned out nice for this one, and seeing Joe at the start line gave me the motivation to push it and see what happens. Went up the starting hill hard, but controlled. Entered the park knowing I was going sub-6, but wasn't suffering too bad so just stuck with the effort. Second mile was the most rolling, and pace reflected it, but wasn't blowing up. Last 1 or so just tried to keep the pressure on and leapfrog a few people. Picked it up best I could for the final half mile that is mostly down hill to the finish. Gotta be the shoes! (First race in VaporFlys) What would you do differently?: Nothing, very very happy (and surprised) with this result. PR for me at Workforce Team Challenge as well.  Post race
Warm down: Walked around looking for my missing bag. AMC crew finally returned with it after a brief moment of panic. What limited your ability to perform faster: Nothing.
