CDPHP Workforce Team Challenge - Run3.5 Mile

Comments: Started out with Joe and stayed with him through the first mile (maybe a little more), before falling off. This was not a great idea if my goal was fastest possible time, but it was fun trying. Just held on as best I could once I faded off the pace. Got the sub-20 I wanted, so can't complain. What would you do differently?: Smarter pacing.  Post race
Warm down: Walked around chatting with various friends before a little 1 mile jog. What limited your ability to perform faster: Trying to hang with Joe as I mentioned. Also, hammering a 5k 4 days prior probably didn't help. Event comments: Always a great time, really like the premise and huge field size. Wish I could get more co-workers to participate!
