1 cup GNC weight gainers mix - chocolate or vanilla
2 cup 2%milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
blend
  • ..yummm!

  • serves as a great, quick breakfast and immediate post workout meal.
    The fruit is great for simple sugar quick energy if working out immediately.
