Comments: I ran pretty good, but my HR was really high due to trying to maintain a decent pace with all the hills. The firt mile was basically 90% all uphill. The second mile I used to recover. What would you do differently?: I think I could go faster a little bit I really had to work on the hills to keep the HT down. Post race
Warm down: Stretched out. Walked around, saw some people and drove home. What limited your ability to perform faster: HIlls! Last updated: 2006-11-24 12:00 AM

Got up, had burnt raisin toast, OJ, and a cup of coffee. Got to the race, signed up, had some gatorade, and started to get ready for warmup
I ran a slow pace jog for about 4-5 minutes. Did some high knees, butt kicks and kareokas to get loosened up. Got back to the site and did some stretching for about 3-4 minutes. I ended up ditching my running jacket for just a long sleeve drifit and my hammer vest.
