Comments: 31.6km run with 33 lb rucksack; 3.2km run with 33 lb rucksack and 2x 31 lb sandbags; 10km canoe paddle; Finally, 5.6km run with 33 lb rucksack. What would you do differently?: More training. Post race
Warm down: Lay down and drink Gatorade, copious amounts. What limited your ability to perform faster: Had a hernia operation, took 7 months to recover. Only did 3 months training. Event comments: Good support from the volunteer troops. Last updated: 2007-03-06 12:00 AM
