What would you do differently?: ummm...train more Transition 1

Warm down: a nice stretch and a fruit smoothie What limited your ability to perform faster: sinking in the pool and not pushing the bike and run harder; esp the run- i should have rocked really hard the last 5-7 minutes instead of only the last 3.5 Event comments: No goodie bag, only a free fruit smoothie and t-shirt. Since the Lifetime fitness is only 5 minutes away, woke up less than an hour before it started. I had a bananna and power bar for breaky.
Arrived and changed, then got on a stationary bike for 8 minutes and then stretched for 10.
