Subject: Sizzled Chili Shrimp

Sizzled Chili Shrimp

INGREDIENTS:

(5tbsp)-Soy Sauce  (5 tbsp)-Dry Sherry (3)-Chopped Red Chilis 

(1bunch)-Chopped Green Onions  (1.25lb)-shrimp  (5Tbsp)-Water

(2/3 cup)-Salted Cashews  (3 tbsp)-Vegetable Oil  (2tsp)-Corn Starch

(2cloves)-Crushed Garlic

1)  Mix the soy, sherry, chilis, garlic, ginger, water in a bowl.

 

 

2)  Add the shrimp, onions and cashews, cover, let sit 2 hours.

3)  Heat the oil in a wok.

4)  Drain the marinade from the shrimp, cashews and onions and add these to the wok.

5)  Cook for 1-2 minutes.

6)  Mix the drained marinade with the cornstarch, add to the wok and cook until thickens.

7)  Serve with rice.
