Walked around, stretched some, ate my power bar and drank the rest of my gaterade.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Right Knee (I sound like a broken record) but it started hurting about 2/3 through the swim, all through the bike and transitions and about 1/2 through the run. I'll make sure next time not to put events back to back again.
