Comments: Had a cramp and no mental toughness. Had to walk for about 20sec around the 4.5 mile mark. What would you do differently?: Should have kept training. I have slacked off and it tell. Post race
Warm down: Went back and ran in with a friend. What limited your ability to perform faster: Training and conditioning. Should not have taken any time off. It really surprised me how fast you loose it. Event comments: Spent 710 calories based on my HR monitor. Last updated: 2004-10-06 12:00 AM
