Comments:

Had a cramp and no mental toughness. Had to walk for about 20sec around the 4.5 mile mark.
What would you do differently?:

Should have kept training. I have slacked off and it tell.

Went back and ran in with a friend.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Training and conditioning. Should not have taken any time off. It really surprised me how fast you loose it.

Started out at 88% maxHR. Reached 1/2 way point in 22:29. Picked it up a little to 90% on the way back. From 1/2 way to the back gate in 12:22 (168/171) and from the back gate to the finish in 10:34 (166/170). Have not been running at all and could really tell it on the way back. Did not have the lungs or legs to keep up the pace.
