This is only half tongue-in-cheek.

Every time a newbie mentions Max HR on the boards, inevitably, some replies with a link to Mike Ricci's famous "220-Age" thread. I think there should be a tag which, when used, embeds a link to the thread in your post.

Example:

You should look [220age]here[/220age] for something better to use than max HR.

(and after being submitted, the "here" would be a link to that thread).
