Any good tri stores in Madison? I'm going to be in town from Monday-Thursday.

There's one that I have gone to that does a foot-strike analysis - Endurance House in Middleton.

+ 1 on Endurance House.

Another option is Movin Shoes on Park St.  They are more running than tri but have a lot of good apparel and fuel food.

The Fleet Feet there is pretty decently stocked with tri stuff as well and they are about two miles apart from each other.

Looks like the two main stores are covered.  If you are looking mainly for apparel or running stuff, Berkley Running Company on University avenue is great.

If you're going for running shoes, I would highly recommend Endurance House.  I was fit by another store mentioned above and the shoes ended up being wrong for my feet and running style.  Endurance House videotaped me running and took the time to explain what I needed.  They even took back a pair of once used shoes and exchanged them for me.

Just my.02.

You know, I went to Movin Shoes once and they really aren't very friendly or helpful.  I have heard the same from several other people too.

I liked Fleet Feet and Endurance House when I went to those two stores.  Never been to the other one.

Looks like I am going to have to make a trip to MadTown. Been looking for a store that will do Foot Strike analysis.  I don't believe we have any up here in GB.

Might have to check out some of the bike stores while I am down there as well.

Cronometro, Erik's, and Trek are 3 to check into.  I'm sure someone will recommend Budget Bicycle and that other one that I can't remember off the top of my head (old age sux).
