Subject: Looking to purchase: Profile Design Aero Bars
I am new to the sport and I am looking to purchase a set of aero bars. My friends have recommended Profile Design--one of them has the carbon Strike (?). I don't know if bike measurements have anything to do with the size of aero bars to get, I have a small bike--51 Ruby Comp, Specialized, I am 5'2".

Please PM if you have any to sell.

Here's what these bars look like, Amazon has them on sale for $109.95 right now if you can't find anyone on here offering a better deal.  Profile Design has a few cheaper models in the $60 to $80 range, but for only a little more money, these ones seem like a better deal.

Thanks so much Mike! I will wait a day or two and if I don't hear from anyone in the forum I will order these. I appreciate you taking the time to find them for me.

I was just going to list my T2+ cobras tonight.  They're R bend, not ski bend, are you looking for the Stryke's specifically?

I actually don't know the difference between the two. I know that my friend has the Carbon Strike and she really likes them. Do you have a picture of them? Are they these ones, pictured here? http://www.profile-design.com/profile-design/products/aerobars/carb... />
Can you PM me your price? I can pay via Paypal too.

Thanks!

The main difference to me is comfort.  These came w/ my bike and I rode maybe 50 miles on them and switched them out for a ski bend (or J bend) because they made my wrists hurt.

Just checking to see if you found aero bars.  I have a set of profile design (century, I think). They are the one piece design. I can send photos if you are interested. 25.00 shipped if interested.

Hi Isela - I have a set of the T-2's that look like the ones shmeeg is selling.  I've found them to be very comfortable.

Thank you guys! I still haven't found a pair. I think I am going to wait for a bit before I can get some. Thank you all! I will keep coming to the forum to see if I can find something .
