Do you find that when you accomplish something new, no matter how small, you're kinda ridiculously happy afterwards?
Today, I added running (My training started from ground zero ) - just 5 minutes in the middle of my walk, but I didn't want to die at the end of the 5 minutes, and I actually felt GOOD. I was so jazzed I decided to hop on the rowing machine for 5 minutes the minute I got back in the house, so I had a mini-mini-brick today too!
Had that great wobbly-goofy-I-DID-something body feel afterwards, and I've not been able to get the grin off my face.
So, am I just the loony one? |
