I think some of us BTers are heading up to do the Cooter Sprint Tri in Inverness on the 30th.  I did Suncoast last year and hated running in the sand, so I'm not doing it again.  Have you guys registered yet?  If not, why not go up to Inverness instead.

Sorry I'm already registered. Its almost worth it to do them back to back just for a t-shirt that says cooter triathlon. I would have done that one but I just have a thing about swimming in a lake. Didn't you kick my butt enough at Sand Key?

My first one was a couple months ago. I was so nervous that I had trouble sleeping. Everything will be fine. My advice is just to take it one step at a time.

nope, not doing it.  Never signed up b/c it was too pricey. And there's the sand factor.  I'm now replacing the broken husband who can't run in his race.  IT's a small race and the RD was nice enough to transfer the slot.   I'm wishing I was up at Cooter though!!

Richard's Run for Life is coming up, that's a good 5K.  It's on a Friday evening in November. Great party!

Just got back from registration. Lucky Number 22 tommorrow. I'm sure everyone has heard but the water is gonna be COLD tommorrow and wetsuits are allowed. Unfortunatly I am a Florida boy and don't have one.
