Extreme Veteran  613  |  Subject: Lake Michigan OWSThere have been a few studs out over the past couple of weeks, but the water temps here in the Holland/Grand Haven/Muskegon area are now reasonable for OWS training. It was high 50's/low 60's this week, just got back from a nice 2-miler this afternoon. 112 footers with a pretty good current, made for a NICE workout! Shoot me a PM if you are interested in hooking up for a group swim. Great tune up opportunity for Grand Haven and/or Steelhead! |
