Subject: Hair today, gone tomorrow -- mullet no more!As many of you know, I've been growing out a ponytail for the purposes of donating to Locks of Love. So the deed was finally done. On Saturday, 11/3/2007, the ponytail was cut off. I had my daughter take a picture before (thus the low-level perspective – she’s 6 ), and Donna took the picture after. She initially didn’t want to cut it, but I persisted, so she did it. Then they were all telling me my ponytail was now a “nub”. But they all convinced me to let it grow again, so I will (much to my mother’s chagrin, I’m sure ). My step daughter was freaking out, as it if were a severed limb or something, and wouldn’t touch it. Next, it’ll be off to Locks of Love, hopefully to become part of a child’s wig. And I feel a little light headed… (Before -- edit (close).JPG) (After -- edit.JPG)Attachments ---------------- Before -- edit (close).JPG (45KB - 15 downloads)After -- edit.JPG (38KB - 14 downloads) |
