Subject: Hey Tom

Any good writings on trainers?  I started looking at them and there are so many choices and styles I am not sure what is good and what is a waste of money.  After reading some of your other articles, wetsuits, chainging a flat, and so on, I thought you could provide some insight.

Thanks

Joe

I've used a ton of different indoor trainers over the years and I've settled on this as my favorite:

Hi Tom,

I just picked up a new Specialized, would it be okay to connect this to it.

If so, I'll send the wife in in November to get me one for Christmas.

Thanks for the info.

If you like that trainer after that review, send your wife her for her shopping pleasure.

Your Specialized will do just fine on the Kurt Kinetic.

I'll tell you though, riding a trainer is great for your fitness, but it can get a bit tedious. It's best to keep things interesting while on the trainer by watching a bit of television. I prefer wildlife shows while riding indoors.

I once saw a documentary about badgers while riding the trainer. -Made quite an impression on me.

Thanks Tom

Now I am working on the wife to move the 55" RPTV to the basement and upgrade to a Pioneer Kuro in the HT Room
