I don't know if you have a particular "issue" you want worked on but I actually go to physical therapy and have a deep tissue massage.  My insurance pays for it which is nice.

Do you mind sharing the name of the PT?

Thanks!

I go to Orthapedic Associate of WI in Waukesha - they have an awesome group of atletic trainers/PT. I see Tammy.  There are other locations as well.

I work with a posse of people.  What's your issue?

Breaks up Scar Tissue--both hurt
Graston--Aberle Chiropractic
Astyme - Dave or Joe at Sport and Spine Clinic (tell them Suzy referred you and it is $45 for 30 minutes)

Deep Tissue
Suzie Neas: Studio Z, Monona
Rachel Rogers (she works with the Livestrong Jr Team and travels a lot!). Best to email her: [email protected]

Feel Good
Body and Balance: Kara, Sarah or Sandra all are good.

I see Rachel Rodgers at Vital Ite Massage, west side off Mineral Pt.

She also works with Team Livestrong.

Thanks for all the info. I have no serious issues. Just want to loosen up a couple tight spots.
