well, guess Triple By-pass won't have the bragging rights for most vertical anymore!  I looked at the map and I've ridden the entire route but not all in one day.  This will be a hard ride!

maybe on doing the century.  I just live down the road from you and I occasionally hit Deer Creek/High Grade from Parker.  I am definately up for having some company on a training ride in prep for the century if you are interested.

I have not registered yet, but I am in.  I am still trying to figure out whether I can get in shape to do the full century, the 80 mile cheater, or the metric century.  I would also be up for training rides on the course.

I could be up for the training rides if you don't mind climbing with overweight clydesdales Undecided

I'd be glad to represent the clydes with you.  I probably won't do the DC Challenge, but need to start adding more climbing to my training for the Triple.

I'm out for the DC Challenge and Triple Bypass. Actually, I'm not training for anything specific, but I'm all for a good ride. Keep me posted on any DC outings.

I was just plotting my training plan for my first century this year too.  I was thinking the Boulder Sunrise Century, but this one looks like a good idea.  I am not sure where I am with bike fitness right now, winter cycling classes seem to have made a bigger difference than expected.  I will definitely keep the clydes company since I am an athena at the moment.  I live so close to DC that I can get there in about 15 min, let me know if/when you all want to meet up to train together, I am 100% up for that!  And if anyone is up for a super insane hill repeat workout, I could use some company for the up and down the neighborhood trail.  I live in Roxborough Park, check out the elevation profile.  At least I can offer to ease the pain with food and/or drink after!
