If you use it in combination with eating healthy and exercising, I think it would work great. Of course, you'll get the same results with just eating healthy and exercising.

Depends on what you strap it on to.

Same concept as muscle stimulation to help with injury, no?

If so, I used stim religiously on my shoulder and I don't have one huge shoulder and one small one. I also used it on the arch of my foot for a while. I think it has a six-pack now.

Ha Ha   Funny...  I photographed the guy on the linked site with the Rock hard abs today (Just a headshot), he was going on and on to another vendor about how great the flexbelt was.  I was cracking up on the inside.  I wonder if it would sell if I was the model for it...??  I don't have a 6-pack, I have a whole keg in the ab area...

With that said, he was a very nice and crazy good looking guy the two girls in my studio were going goo goo over him...

I was watching the 2011 Kona race on NBC sports the other night and an ad for this ab belt came on during a break. I couldn't think of a worse audience to show this to than a bunch of triathletes at home watching a show about a triathlon race.

Where I run a gal wears one with plastic pants in 90 degree heat. Surely she has rock hard abs and skinny thighs by now.

Only if you use it in conjunction with a Shake Weight while on a Speedfit portable treadmill wearing Velcro shoes.

Ab muscles are built through traditional exercises (crunches, obliques, Pilates, ab tower, etc.)  Then to actually SEE them, requires drastic changes to your diet to drop bodyfat.  I have rock-hard 6-pack abs... under a large amount of bodyfat.  You could feel it if you punched me in the gut, but you won't see it until I find a way to lose the fat.

All of the models used in those commercials got the appearance of those 6-pack abs through dropping bodyfat and mostly by diet.

And genetics, don't forget those.
