Subject: Show me your race medal, race bib, and trophy displays

For a few years I've been looking for a wall mount display cabinet I can put in my home office with some of my finisher medals, trophies, race bibs, etc.  So far, no luck finding what I have in mind.

I'm beginning to resign myself to the fact that I may just need to make something.  I want something that's large enough to store a couple dozen medals, and some other miscellaneous racing mementos, and has a glass front to keep dust off everything.  Before I jump into the project, I need ideas.

How do you display yours?  Bonus points for posting pics.

My wife bought me this from Allied Medal Display. Proudly hanging on the wall in my office. Need a few more.

The back corner of my closet isn't very photogenic. Although this one sits out on my desk, but what else are you going to do with a trophy that's a functioning bobble-head?

My race medals have now been converted to refrigerator magnets. I ran a half marathon that gave out bottle opener/ magnet finishers medals -gotta love that race director!

I have way too much of this crap to display. My wife gets mad when I even accept a finisher medal at smaller race. I have hundreds that I won in swimming and will have to dedicate an ton of space if I ever try to display them. I might do a shadow box for my national level stuff but the rest is just going into storage totes.

The wall by by desk at work for the latest finisher's certificate - it's a conversation starter.

Medals - into my daughter's hand first to take to show and tell at school, then thrown in a drawer somewhere...

I pin my bib's to the wall of my cube at work. My metals just hang in the basement, not displayed very well since I only have a few. Next season when I earn more I will find a good way to display them. I was thinking a type of shadow box or something.
