Subject: Favorite Motivational Workouts?What are your most motivation workouts? Sport, place, distance, weather, intensity / speed, frequency (intervals?), friends or alone? I have always found a Track distance workout with long intervals motivating. Especially when done with others. But, there is nothing quite like a fast, summer swim session in the pool!
