San Antonin assualt

Had to dig deep to find the story mentioned locally. Most of our local news was about the rain we finally got yesterday. Or Kawhi Leonard trade deals. Typical leftwing tough guy, pick on some kids. Someone will find and tune this guy up. Odds are also pretty high that one of the kids at the table might be from a military family. Thus, ensuring his tune up will be done properly!

My youngest bought a MAGA hat for herself and wore it to school last year for spirit day. Some hispanic girl chased her around trying to take her hat! Unfortunately, the chubby little twit wasn't able to catch my daughter.

This guy will find him... hahahahaha

Mr. Jimenez was arrested Friday morning. Looks like he shaved his beard in an attempt to alter his appearance.

Trump is looking to give the kid a signed MAGA hat. I'd like to see Trump hold a 'hat summit' and get these two together for a civil discussion. Somehow, I don't believe the media would be gushing all over themselves like they did over the obama beer summit.

I had read that the kid mid not want to ‘press charges’. Not sure how this works but would seem to me if an adult assaults a minor the DA could press charges? LB?

Prosecutor can, but likely won't if the victim doesn't want it.  I've only seen it twice, both were wives of the suspects who got the holy hell beat out of them and refused to testify or prosecute.....both suspects walked.

Seems he used the n word against his victim while he committed the crime. Doesnt that qualify as a hate crime?
