Probably drive about till I find a track not covered in snow/ice, then run. A bit sore from the swimming yesterday...all that reaching. Should have stretched.

lifting again for first time in a few months...will def be sore tomorrow...stretched good...will run tonight and update my log.  i am done with my ez week...time to build!

2 hour full body workout. 2 sets on each body part, 12-10-10 succesion.

Is it bad that I felt bad for leaving the gym without doing any cardio?

Only if it's bad that I wish they'd move the cardio room at my gym to a more convenient first floor location...

Hi Ellen -- I am actually doing pretty well on the exercise end of things -- I am (and have been for a long tome) a bit of a fanatic when it comes to that The food and correct quantity of healthy food is where the real problem totally lies

I have logged in todays workout.
