Subject: mistakes made so farHello Everyone
5 days till my first tri and Atkins is going well.
got hurt last week in trainiing.
calf cramp tried to run though it WRONG!!!!
must increase is sups and vits
can't run until the tri so I won't tear it again.
Worse yet I was sent out of town during work three time last week and messed up my swim workouts. So all I could do is ride my bike.
All you can ever do is the best you can don't let life get in the way of training.......only kidding
Good luck to all and next week we start our three months of
off season training workouts
and dream of next spring when a THIN OLDMAN will Swim, Ride and Run again.
