Subject: RE: 5 Alive are we here??Ok. I really need help for goals. I want to do a race in September and I'm doing a canoe/bike/run sprint distance in October. I've done 2 tris. The second was this July and by the time it came around, I was doing the first month of any Oly training schedule. I want to incorporate strength training and core work in my goals (I've really had trouble with plantar fascia pain lately-maybe getting that checked out will be an un-posted goal. )
Any suggestions? I want to pick up where I left off about 3 weeks ago. As I said, my second sprint was about then (3 weeks ago ) and I was at Week 4 of the BT Oly schedule.
