| Regular 72 Milwaukee, WI | Subject: RE: 5 Alive are we here?? Ok. I really need help for goals. I want to do a race in September and I'm doing a canoe/bike/run sprint distance in October. I've done 2 tris. The second was this July and by the time it came around, I was doing the first month of any Oly training schedule. I want to incorporate strength training and core work in my goals (I've really had trouble with plantar fascia pain lately-maybe getting that checked out will be an un-posted goal.) Any suggestions? I want to pick up where I left off about 3 weeks ago. As I said, my second sprint was about then (3 weeks ago) and I was at Week 4 of the BT Oly schedule. Thanks! Expert 666 St. Thomas, ON | Subject: RE: 5 Alive are we here?? Based on responses, at present, your team is sitting at 5 players, which is a little small compared to the rest of the teams. I just disbanded Thunderbirds and distributed them. I'd like to do the same for 5Alive. Any objections? |

I need to re-focus on my upcoming race plan for an early september Tri here in Texas after some health issues and much needed rest. Thanks for all your support and I'll be checking in to spur you on!
