Harvard did a study that stated 1 egg a day is doable for the majority; 3/4 of the population. They found that by using the whole egg, HDL levels actually increased is some of the test subjects. Plus it holds half of the egg protein
As for me, I have a one egg plus 3 white omelet 2x a week.
