I noticed that...  However, I believe that the course is going to be shortened a little on saturday due to the racine parade...  also, it appears that a lot of folks have stuff going on the 4th - parades, races, etc...  myself included (the little ones are in the oak creek parade)...  so the 5th is my only real option...

not sure...  thinking wheels out by 5:30 - 6:00am... as not to waste too much of the day...

another potential option...  if you want to do a brick run afterwards (and want to make it a bit longer of a ride)... would be to leave from my house... i'm about 4 - 4.5 miles from around the 9 mile point of the bike course...  could bike the loop from there and then we would have a place to leave our bikes for the run (not sure i would want to leave the bike unattended down at north beach)...  just a thought...  i may do that if i end up going solo...

I so wanted to preview the course before SOR. But, alas, I have no childcare on a Sunday morning. Have fun and tell me all about the course afterwards, k?

It is fast and flat.  No real surprises to watch out for.

I just came here intending to post the question to ride the route on Sunday since I am busy on Saturday.  This sounds great, but I have an hour drive to get there and 5:30 - 6:00 to start is a bit early for me.  If you go later I would be in.

6 is doable for me! Can you PM your address? Im also pretty close to the course...Im up for a brick, but short run (and Ben, Im not as quick as your, so I may be soloing the run!) Oh, yeah, we didn't talk pace for the ride?? I can do 18's in any conditions, and 19's if not really windy.

edit: We COULD just start at North Beach (since we can put our bikes back in our cars...) and do the run there...nice realistic course practice.

North Beach is fine with me...!!!  and 6am works...  however I could also start at 6:30am if that is preferable...  you are speedy...  so i'll try to keep up with you...

so Kevin, does 6:30 work for you? Im not going to brick run very far, unless its a slow (which is REALLY slow for you Ben), like 8:30's or slower. Looks like no church yet again for me...Ive been a horrible church slacker this summer!
