Subject: weighed myself today
When I first started training back in February I was 274lbs (I'm 6'7"... so I didn't look TOO fat).

This morning I weighed in a slim, trim 239lbs.  Surprised


Holy cow!  I might not be a Clydesdale by the time September rolls around!

Congratulations! That is awesome! For your height, you are probably very near where you 'should' be. (Should is relative to each person, I know.)

Yeah, I guess I don't know what the bottom is.  I know there are lots of 6'6"-6'7" guys in the NBA that are like 185-200lbs.  I'm not sure if I could ever get down that far....

But I'll tell ya what, running sure is a lot easier without carrying that extra weight around.  I would like to see what a 10k would feel like with another 25lbs gone.

Congrats on the wieght loss! I too started training at the end of February weighing 178 I weighed in this week at 151 my lightest in years and running isn't as hurty as it use to be.

Im right there with you bro.....and it feels great doesnt it!!
gone from 277 to 233 in six months and lowered body fat 10 pct. 
My Dr. said I was not overweight at 277....just 6 inches to short!
I am also tall at 6'4" but 277 was not the place to be.  I will probably stop at about 225 and float between that and 230. 

My motto has been "nothing tastes better than skinny"

Good work...keep it up!
