I never have problems adding mass but I've wondered if a wide back would end up hurting you in the swim and bike due to more resistance? In the swim, it would seem as though the rotation of the stroke would be better for someone with a more (for lack of better description ) log-like frame instead of a V-shaped frame. On the bike, a wide back would seem to catch more air when not leaned over. I'm asking, not telling. haha I am trying to reduce a little mass by going more high-rep, lower weight because of these concerns. Edited by Pector55 2009-07-03 7:32 AM
