Veteran  196   Sydney |  Subject: Weather in centergrade?Hi Ron ... new site looks great, love the weather feed, however not sure how much control you have over it, but can it be configured to be able to choose between fahrenheit or centigrade for us Aussies? |

Expert 666 St. Thomas, ON | Subject: RE: Weather in centergrade? Ha. IFRK This is one area the Americans have it right. Fahrenheit is far more accurate than celsius (or centigrade). If you do change it, make sure it's an option you pick, and not based on country. I'm proficient at converting from C to F in my head, but don't want to if I don't have to. |

Time to get with the times. Don't even get me started on lbs/ounces/miles/yds... But seriously Ron, it would be really good if there was an option. My blog says it's going to be 40 something here tomorrow...I have NO idea how hot/cold that is!! |

It's just that I work in the States, and live in a border town, so I grew up on Fahrenheit, and it's what I know best. Speaking of the new Weather feature, I've set up my weather for Brisbane AU but the "Today" weather displays Sunday's weather when it should display Wednesday's. Come to think of it, the weather display hasn't changed since I set it up on Monday. I realise this is not a big issue compared to others you working on but thought you would like to know. Paul |
