Subject: Bug in training log

In the training log, the CGI racing add at the top of the screen has a higher z-index then the layer used for the drop box (when hovering over "blog" or "calender" ). This is hiding the drop box behind the add and preventing the links in it from being clicked.  Not a huge deal, but still a bug

Tested and fixed.  Nice catch.  That was an swf banner unlike the rest causing the issue.
